Zos Ntuj Hmoov Ntuj Community Land Trust (ZNHN CLT) is a non-profit 501c3
organization whose primary mission is:
- To provide and steward land and properties for the benefit of its low to moderate
income community members through the use of a ground lease that ensures permanent
affordability;
- To form a loving community to live as a family according to the core beliefs and
teachings of Leej Niam (Our Mother);
- To preserve, protect, and conserve our beautiful earth and environment;
- To create a just and peaceful community that will live in harmony with nature and living
beings; and
- To preserve our history, culture, language, and identity.
